A: We are proud to inform you that our record for recalls is minimal, maybe 1 or 2 percent. If the clog returns, we will be happy to return and work the clog. However, this may be a sign of hidden damage to the drain or sewer pipe. We offer additional plumbing services such as pipe repair and replacement. We also have a digital sewer camera for close inspection.

Q: What if I have an additional drain that needs to be cleaned during the same service call? Do I need to pay an additional $49.50?
A: You pay $49.50 for each drain we clean.
Q: What if the toilet needs to be removed in order to work the clog?
A: Depending on the location of the clog, removing the toilet may be necessary. In this case we have an extra charge because we include the new hardware such as new wax ring, bolts and shims if needed.
