Customer Service Reps

Responsibilities and Duties

Book service appointments.

Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

Maintain SkyBoss database by entering and verifying information, updating customer
information as needed, and providing clarifying messages to technicians through notes on file.

Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.

Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment, managing multiple tasks.

Must be able to focus and concentrate for large portions of the workday.

Customer service and call dispatch experience preferred.

Office experience preferred.
