SNAKING VS HYDRO JETTING
Option One Plumbing offers commercial hydro jetting for both commercial and residential customers. Our process utilizes high-pressure water to clear your drains. When traditional snake cleaning does not resolve the issue due to roots, sludge, grease and debris clogging up your drains, the process of hydro jetting is effective in cleaning your drains and removing debris.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HYDRO JETTING?
The benefits of hydro jetting compared to a standard drain snake is the process and effectiveness. A drain snake will rotate as the plumber pushes the cable into the drain pipe, moving whatever is clogging the drain to clear the stoppage. Hydro jetting will completely wash any and all objects in the line, leaving you with a spotless drain or sewer. Hydro jetting is 99.9% effective in cleaning and clearing your drains compared to the drain snake method of cleaning a drain.
SAFE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT - NO HARSH CHEMICALS COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET HYDRO JETTING SERVICES?
Our hydro jetting services are available for single-family homes, apartment complexes, homeowner associations, businesses and other commercial complexes. Hydro jetting maintenance should be a regular consideration. For example, a restaurant that uses grease products, a sewer that backs up on a regular bases due to root intrusion, heavy usage areas such as apartment and commercial complexes may require a few times a year to keep up with the amount of waste, grease and debris buildup. We offer one time cleaning services or scheduled maintenances via monthly, quarterly, semi or annually depending on the specific property needs. Our certified hydro jetting technicians can assist you with a maintenance schedule to keep your sewer drains flowing freely.
IS HYDRO JETTING SAFE?
Hydro jetting will not damage your pipes when it is used by a professional. Most homes have abs (strong plastic) pipes that can withstand hydro jetting. A normal pipe will withstand hydro jetting with no trouble. If an older home has cast iron pipes that are corroded due to wear and age, it is possible that hydro jetting could increase the existing damage. A camera is used to determine the type of pipe and obstruction present to best address the issue and concerns before the process is started.
Hydro jetting is safe for the environment as it does not use any chemicals. Since only pressurized water is used, it is eco friendly and the best method used for cleaning.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY?
KIND WORDS FROM OUR LOYAL CLIENTS
"Roots were plentiful and some a quarter inch or more in size filling an extensive length of the pipe. They removed some of them manually and after clean-out installation, removed them entirely with the Hydro jet."
"We had an ongoing drain issue in our kitchen. We called option one plumbing. The first technician was great and cabled the drain but it backed up again due to grease which kept collapsing. Option one had all the solutions. We upgraded to add a cleanout outside and then hydro jet the pipe to pressure clean it thoroughly."
"Great company, utilized their camera and hydro jetting services. They were on time, professional, and polite. The technicians treated my property with respect and gave me fair estimates that matched their invoices. Will call back again if needed"
